Product Description

Does the job require surfacing spoilboards? Use these Spoilboard Surfacing Cutters from Onsrud for surfacing MDF, practicleboard, and balsa core when employing "flow through" or "high flow" fixturing with large capacity vacuum pumps. This method allows for faster table planing. Available in straight and upshear styles.

Notes

These tools are dynamically balanced and approved for use on CNC routers.

• Max RPM=18,000 (maximum revolutions per minute)
• Max DOC=1/8" (maximum depth of cut)

Standards

2-1/2" diameter tools should be fed at 200-600 IPM (inches per minute) at 12,000-16,000 RPM (revolutions per minute).

4" diameter tools should be fed at 200-600 IPM (inches per minute) at 12,000-14,000 RPM (revolutions per minute).

The maximum depth of cut is 1/8" per pass. To maintain operator safety and tool performance, please do not exceed this limit.
