Product Description

These Partial Double Raised Panels from LRH are part of the selection of Insert Tooling. Cutters may need to be manufactured, requiring 7-10 working days.

Notes

When making a back cut on a shaper with a fence and sized straight doors, use a standard K-1090 from LRH's Partial Double Raised Panels. When putting a back cut on a door with an arch, use a K-1090-BB style cutter. When shapping doors in the process of adding a back cut, use a K-1090 with an additional C-Cutter in the middle. The C-Cutter is available for replacing a spacer when shaping material.

LRH-IH-C-Cutter is made with three wings, a 1-1/4" bore, and a 2-3/4" tip diameter. It runs with 2-1/32" shims to produce a 1/4" tongue. For a 5.5 mm tongue, remove one shim.

(Ball Bearing Rub Collar)



The C-891 has a 1-1/4" bore and a 2-3/4" diameter. The bearing matches the inside diameter of the Raised Panel Set. Shims included.
