These three-wing Door Lip Cutters from Freud feature counter-clockwise rotation with the rabbet down. Use them for raised panel doors where the panel extends further than the doorframe. With clockwise rotation, the cutters can be used with the face down so that any incosistency in door thickess will not show when the door is closed.
